Kelly Moon | Founding Director

Luna St. Consulting was founded by Director Kelly Moon, a Senior Learning and Organisational Development Specialist with over 15 years experience supporting people through growth, change and transition.

Throughout her career across education, leadership development and coaching, Kelly recognised a growing challenge facing young people leaving school: overwhelm, pressure and uncertainty about what comes next.

The School Leaver Program was created to provide teens with a calm, supportive space to better understand themselves, their strengths, values, motivations and future possibilities, before making major life and career decisions.

A natural rapport builder with a reputation for empowering and engaging individuals and teams, Kelly is known for creating genuine connection and helping people build confidence in themselves and their direction.

With qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, Coaching and Change Management, Kelly brings a unique blend of commercial experience, coaching expertise and human understanding to her work. She is PROSCI Change Management certified, an accredited coach through Growth Coaching International, and has extensive experience in leadership development, learning and organisational psychology.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that there is no single “right” pathway after school, and that meaningful direction comes from understanding who you are, not simply what you should do.
